RENTAL BOOKING CONTRACT CONDITIONS
1. CONFIRMATION: This document represents the confirmation of the tourist dwelling rental booking for the period, amount and occupants previously specified.
2. OCCUPANTS: The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the apartment’s characteristics.
3. ARRIVAL: The arrival time for this apartment is between 16:00 and 22:00 on the first day of the stay. The meeting place for delivery of the keys is the address appearing in your personal área.
4. PAYMENT: The full payment shall be made the day of the reservation. Payment will confirm the reservation in firm.
5. MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to change the hired apartment for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The client will pay 7 days prior to the arrival the secuirty deposit specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned 48 hours after check-out, unless defects are found in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be discounted from the deposit.
7. CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION: The compensations that will be applied on the reservation deposit made will be those determined in the tariff conditions of the agency of origin of the reservation.
8. PROPERTY RULES: please note that it is absolutely forbidden to hold any parties or gatherings at the property. It is equally important to abide to the property norms on conduct and to not make noise at night.
PRIVACY: All requested data are part of the contract.
ELECTRONIC CONTRACT: the contract is uniquely prepared by means of emails sent between the parties.
ARCHIVE OF CONTRACT: both parties agree that Kross Booking, acts as a trusted third party and takes under its custody the records of the contract.
PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORIZATION: The customer allows receiving promotional communications via email if they can unsubscribe at any time.
CLAIMS PROCEDURE: The claims procedure is by e-mail, putting the reservation number and the reason for the claim, addressed to the mail '[email protected]'.
